There were renters there. He is a police officer and they were very honest about the pros and cons. It has electrical problems. All of it needs to be redone. The plumbing leaks in several places. It needs a new roof. The basent floods because its in a flood zone and the ground slopes down into the house. It's got aid pit back yard and no kids around. And the utilities are $500/ month.

House 3.
Neat huge old house. Lots of storage. I think that it has too much fix up and too much that might go wrong. It was built in 1915

House 2 is fsbo and has a lot of pictures on ksl. It has a nice big back yard. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 actual bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus living room (2x as big as the wii room w/o a window) and a craft room that leads to storage. It has an additional storage space under the stairs. Bedrooms downstairs have 1 or 2 windows. It is move in ready and they would rent while waiting for closing or our house to sell. It's available as soon as next week. There is a gate from the back leading to the HS track. Fun place to ride bikes. Carpet in upstairs bedrooms is old and they said they would give a carpet allowance. Owners close on new house in price April 5. He has been working there for a while. Jonathon knows the owners brother. (Small world!) This one is the most expensive one we are looking at. I think they would go down but not sure how much.
