Week 1 of the challenge down. I have lost 4 lbs!! The sugar hasn't been nearly as hard as I thought it would be. The water has been much harder. I guess I haven't been as hydrated as I should be. I'm feeling good though! I have a walking buddy for the week days. 6:15am seems to be a great time to go walking. It's tuff to get up but as soon as I'm out the door I'm really glad I up. (When the alarm goes off that is NOT the case:)
We get on the boat on Monday. My goal is to stay bellow my starting weight and to exercise every day. This week we get double points for exercise. Hopefully that will make up for eating anything and everything!
