The law for 9 year olds officially states, "Children age nine (9) through age twelve (12), or any child through twelve (12) years of age, measuring four feet nine inches (4'9") or more in height, must be secured in a seat belt system."
It is now official. Aspen said a (non) tearful good bye to the car seat. I told her she could still sit in it if she wanted to, but strangely enough she declined.
Thanks Grandmas and Grandpas!
Oooo, what is it?
Aspen's birthday sky. Beautiful!
Happy Birthday Beautiful Aspen!

*GASP!* Nine years old. We have known you for that long, and longer! Some days, it just catches your breath to see the time flying. Eh gads. Happy Birthday to the birthday girl! And siyanara to the car seat. :D It's rainy and snowy here, so it's nice to see that there is a pretty sunset somewhere.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASPEN!!! I hope you had a WONDERFUL day! Amy was very happy to get out of her carseat too! Love you, and Happy Halloween tomorrow!
Happy Birthday Aspen! Alyssa is counting down until she can get out of her carseat too. Here you have to be 8 years or 80 pounds. She is 40 pounds now so I am guessing we will just go with the 8 years rule.
Congratulations to Aspen on her momentous graduation. Thank you for the birthday photos. The bike is beautiful. xox love you
Hard to believe she's already that old! And hooray for growing out of that car seat finally! That actually gives some freedom back to the parents and others as well! Happy Birthday Aspen!
