The other problem is that I am running through our "things to do on Christmas vacation" list. Christmas vacation hasn't even started yet! We are going to end up with 3 weeks of vacation. I like it so much better when big long stretches like this are scheduled. But oh well...
We were going to do these next week, but we needed something to do today, so here are our "gingerbread" houses!

Great houses kids!! I remember that we used to do that with graham crackers also. And good luck with your to-do list, especially when you're doing it with a head cold!!
Those are darling little projects for the kids! Maybe next week will be a little warmer and you can do some outside things? Maybe? But we've had it too warm, and somehow it does not feel like Christmas time when you can't wear sweaters to work. So I vote for the cold (outside temperature) and the snow and the blow. Just get better now.
You have your hands full, don't you? As a kid, we always wanted longer vacations, but as parents, we appreciate school time.
