The 1 st house is fsbo. Children selling parents old house. It needs a new roof and some wood on roof needs to be replaced. There are no gutters. It has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. A big storage room they are using as a bedroom (no window). They added on a big room. I would add a wall to makes bedroom. There is a garage with a work room. The backyard is big and fenced with fruit trees. The fence needs some attention in a few places. It's old and wooden. It's on the same street as house #2 the ksl house. The husband of one of the kids showed it to me and said they were thinking of painting the outside and that the kids were very motivated to sell. He thought they would be able to negotiate down.
