Happy Hearts Day to all of my loved ones there. I hope you'll give them each a hug from Grandma, and tell them I think of them continuously. xoxo

TEN POUNDS??? How much got accidentally dropped, and had to be eaten? Looks like a fun activity for the kids. We miss them so much!

I'm SOOO impressed with your "domestic"-ness! When I was young, all we ever gave were store bought Valentines with a piece of candy attached (usually a stick of gum, since the Valentines used to come with itty bitty envelopes). So that's all my kids have ever given as well. But I've seen SO many really cute homemade Valentines this year. I've had a few thoughts about moms with too much time on their hands, but, if you found the time, maybe I need to eat my words (or thoughts, as the case may be!) I'm in awe of you. You've turned into such the homemaker! You wear aprons, you bake bread, you make home made Valentines... do you realize that in college you would have made fun of someone like you? :)

Seriously though, I really am impressed with what a fun mom you are. You inspire me to be better! I love you! And I love your little kidlets! Tell them hello for me! Happy Valentine's Day!

After I gave my ten pounds of candy corn away at the white elephant party, I never went back to pick up another box. I had to go with store bought stuff, but those came out so cute, and really they were probably cheaper than store bought since that candy corn was practically free. My only worry was whether or not the candy would be hard as a rock...was it? Should I grab a few boxes to bring down for Easter? Too bad they don't make Peeps. My kids would love nothing better than 10 pounds of Peeps.
